Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Survey Squad collects, uses, shares, and retains information for accounts, survey matching, reward tracking, fraud prevention, and withdrawals.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, sign in, complete your profile, contact support, request a withdrawal, or interact with survey providers. This may include your name, email address, password and account credentials, date of birth, country, state or region, profile details, Binance USDT payout address or Bkash personal number, support messages, and payout records.

We also collect technical and activity information such as IP address, user agent, device and browser signals, session activity, survey provider clicks, provider callback data, survey transaction IDs, reward amounts, pending and accepted statuses, rejection reasons, fraud logs, and withdrawal status changes.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, match members with survey opportunities, generate provider offerwall links, verify provider callbacks, maintain the reward ledger, apply the 15-day pending period, process withdrawal requests, provide support, and operate the website.

We also use information to detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, prevent duplicate accounts, investigate suspicious traffic, handle chargebacks or reversals, improve reliability, and comply with legal or platform obligations.

3. Survey Partners

Survey Squad works with third-party survey partners, including CPX Research and TheoremReach. When you open a survey wall or complete a survey, these partners may receive or generate identifiers, demographic profile information, device and network signals, survey activity, transaction IDs, reward amounts, and fraud or quality signals.

Survey partners process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their callback and reversal data is used to confirm pending, accepted, or rejected reward status in your Survey Squad account.

4. Service Providers and Hosting

We use service providers for hosting, Cloudflare infrastructure, database storage, authentication, security checks, performance, analytics, support request handling, fraud prevention, and payout administration.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Survey Squad, protect the platform, comply with law, or support our operations.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session security, remembering account state, measuring site performance, and protecting against abuse. Necessary cookies are required for Survey Squad to work, including login, fraud prevention, reward tracking, and payout requests.

Where optional cookies or similar technologies are used for performance measurement or survey partner flows, you can accept all cookies, keep only essential cookies, or adjust choices from the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of Survey Squad from working.

6. Fraud Prevention and Security

Because Survey Squad is a rewards platform, we use account, device, IP, survey, provider callback, and payout information to detect fraud, duplicate accounts, automation, proxy or VPN abuse, suspicious withdrawals, and provider reversals.

No internet service is completely secure. We use technical and administrative safeguards, but we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, or misuse will never occur.

7. Data Retention

We keep account, reward, survey, postback, fraud, support, and payout records for as long as needed to operate Survey Squad, resolve disputes, support chargeback and reversal review, meet tax or accounting needs, comply with law, and protect the platform.

If you request deletion, we may retain certain records where needed for legitimate business, fraud prevention, provider reconciliation, legal compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, a portable copy of your data, or information about how your data is shared.

California residents may request information about personal information categories collected, disclosed, or shared. We do not sell personal information for money. Some partner sharing may be necessary to provide survey matching, fraud prevention, and reward confirmation.

9. International Use

Survey Squad and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. By using the website, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where our hosting, security, support, survey, and payout systems operate.

10. Children's Privacy

Survey Squad is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use the website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date will show when changes were last made. Continued use of Survey Squad after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.

12. Contact

To exercise privacy rights, request account deletion, ask about data sharing, or raise a reward or payout privacy question, contact Survey Squad at info@surveysquad.cc or through our contact page. You can also review our Terms of Service.
