1. Point Conversion
Points are the virtual currency of Survey Squad. 1,000 points are equal to $1.00 USD. This conversion rate is subject to change at our discretion, but changes will not affect points already earned.
2. Minimum Payout
The minimum payout amount is $10.00 USD (10,000 points). The payout method available to an account is shown inside the member dashboard when a withdrawal is requested.
3. Pending Rewards
Every completed survey reward remains pending for 15 days. If the provider does not reject the reward during that period, it becomes accepted and moves into the withdrawable balance.
4. Payout Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by an administrator and then marked paid or rejected. Rejected withdrawals return the reserved points to the account balance.
5. Rejection of Points
Points may be rejected if a survey provider determines that the submission was invalid, fraudulent, or did not meet quality standards. Accepted rewards can be deducted if a provider sends a later chargeback.
6. Unclaimed Points
Accounts that are inactive for more than 180 consecutive days may have their points balance reset to zero. Inactivity is defined as not logging into the website.
