Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Survey Squad, including our website, member dashboard, survey provider links, reward ledger, and withdrawal tools. By creating an account or using Survey Squad, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Survey Squad. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to create an account, complete surveys, or request payouts.

You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity on your account, and keeping your login credentials private. You agree to provide accurate registration, profile, location, and payout information.

Only one account is allowed per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, false profile data, or attempts to bypass identity, location, device, or survey-quality checks may lead to suspension, reversal of rewards, and forfeiture of balances.

Survey Squad connects members to third-party survey providers, including CPX Research and TheoremReach. Survey availability, qualification, completion decisions, reversals, and provider rules are controlled by those providers.

We do not guarantee that a survey will be available, that you will qualify, or that a provider will approve a completion. Provider callback data is used as the source of truth for reward status.

Each completed survey reward is recorded individually with its provider, survey or transaction ID, amount, status, and timestamp. Completed survey rewards are initially marked pending for 15 days.

Pending points are visible in your dashboard but are not withdrawable. If a provider does not reject or reverse the completion during the pending period, the reward may be accepted and added to your main balance.

If a provider rejects, reverses, charges back, or flags a survey completion, Survey Squad may mark that reward as rejected and subtract the related points from your pending or accepted balance.

Direct signup accounts can withdraw through Binance USDT. Accounts created from an admin referral link can withdraw through Bkash send money using a Bkash personal number. The minimum withdrawal is the $10 equivalent in accepted points. Pending points do not count toward the withdrawal minimum.

Withdrawal requests require admin review and may be pending, paid, or rejected. You are responsible for providing the correct wallet address, supported network details, or Bkash personal number for your account. Incorrect payout information may result in failed or lost payments.

Survey Squad may delay, reject, or cancel a withdrawal request if the account is under review, the balance is affected by reversals, the request violates these Terms, or the payout information appears invalid or risky.

You may not use bots, scripts, emulators, automation tools, VPNs, proxies, datacenter IPs, disposable accounts, misleading profile information, or any method designed to manipulate survey matching, completion tracking, provider callbacks, or payout eligibility.

You may not resell accounts, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, probe or bypass security controls, submit abusive content, or use Survey Squad for unlawful activity.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account at any time if we believe the account violates these Terms, creates fraud risk, harms Survey Squad, harms survey providers, or threatens the integrity of the reward system.

If an account is suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, multiple accounts, or provider violations, pending rewards, accepted points, and withdrawal requests may be rejected or forfeited where permitted by law.

You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, exchange fees, wallet fees, Binance fees, Bkash fees, or other costs related to rewards or withdrawals. Survey Squad does not provide tax, financial, or legal advice.

Survey Squad is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, survey availability, provider approval, specific earnings, payout timing, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Survey Squad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, provider decisions, rejected survey completions, wallet mistakes, or third-party service failures.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will show when changes were last made. Continued use of Survey Squad after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
